Returns & Refund Policy

Original Artworks

Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of original artworks, all original artwork sales are considered final.

Exchanges or store credits may be considered within 7 days of delivery at the discretion of the artist. Returned artworks must be in original condition and returned in original packaging where possible.

Please note:

  • return freight and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • commissioned artworks are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged

Artworks purchased through external galleries, stockists or art fairs may also be subject to the individual return policies of those businesses.


Prints

All prints are made to order and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Faulty or damaged prints may be replaced with a new print or issued store credit where appropriate.


Products & Homewares

Products, homewares and gifting items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and returned in original condition.
